Every year we receive requests for a program that provides the skills and knowledge of a traditional Maine Woods woman to today's women of all ages.

This program will bring mothers and daughters (10 yr olds & up) together for a weekend of fun-filled skills training in the traditional activities that make Maine's outdoor heritage unique such as introductory instruction in fly casting and tying, shelter and fire building, paddling, leave no trace camping, archery, firearms and range safety, basic fishing skills, map and compass use, and campfire cooking. This will be an action packed weekend.
